안녕하세요~ Post pandemic 으로 출장이 없는 요즘,, 화상회의에 익숙해 지다 보니.. 막상 얼굴보고 이야기 하는 것 보다는 여러면에서 쉽지 않을때가 많은데요. 팀원들이 전부 같이 있는 자리에서 미팅전 약간 어색~한 분위기를 깨어줄,, 자연스러운 대화를 이끌어 내기 위해 대부분 small talk 으로 ice-breaking 합니다. 그런데,, 맨날 How are you?
